What a morning!

Big hugs to Gina for seeming to know exactly what we all needed this morning. That was a glorious practice - I know I'll be smiling all day.

Oh, to bottle this feeling! :)

Namaste.

Gina's grace and intuition always inpires me. What an example she sets for all of us on this path. And what a spirited way to restore balance!

I think it's a great example of co-creation. As the one who steers the ship, on a feeling level I have to ask of you "Where're we headed today?" and when you reply, I know where to drive. And our collective life force is the fuel! Thank you ALL!

Thanks so much Gina!!

I'm a big believer in the idea of not-taking-yourself-seriously as a spiritual practice. In fact, I think it may be one of the most underrated spiritual practices there is. In the big picture, we all inhabit an unimaginably tiny corner of the universe for an infinitesimally tiny interval of time. Some are able to place absolute confidence in an afterlife or reincarnation to compensate, but for people like me who cannot place great confidence in such notions, there's really only two ways to face this big-picture reality: despair over the futility of it all, or laugh in the face of the utter insignificance that all our problems really amount to. I was glad to experience some wild laughter this morning.

PS I find watching cartoons to be an excellent spiritual practice for not taking myself seriously...and as an added bonus it's a pretty easy practice for parents of young children ;-) (though South Park might not be a good option for the little ones...)
