Namaste, I am honored to share this yoga experience with all of you.
On the the blog page in the upper right corner is log in. when you do that then you you can post.
The date rolls at Natures Pantry are so good they will stop any sweet craving.
Have you ever noticed how sweet fruit really is! Slow down and really experience eating it.
I have read many post and the feeling my body gets is, let's do our OM work.
What is your intention for this cleanse? Are you clear? Where are you? When the mind is clear and aligned with spirit then we shift. All the drama drops away and what is left is clear effortless intention. Easy to say, much work to accomplish. I know that this cleanse will take me one more shift closer to the teaching Gina shares with us.

You're so right Mike. The smell of oranges is sending me into orbit - it's so amazing. It's nice to be paying enough attention to really notice. When was the last time we noticed how amazing a bag of chips smelled? :)
If you have a juicer, I've been making a big juice every day using the following:
2 oranges
1 apple
2 carrots
8 strawberries
1/4 of a lime
Man, that is a seriously delicious juice!
I've been surprised how long it has taken be to do my om work. I have lots of reasons whay I did this cleanse, and journaling has helped - but I still am working on the wording for my intention. each day I'm a little closer, and when the right words come I will know.

Yeah, mine turned out to be a bit of a stream of consciousness type of thing and when I re-read what I'd "streamed", I was surprised! I find this technique sometimes helps - don't think, just write! Then, re-read and think. Hmmmmmmm
hey mike, thanks for the quotes on compassion. sometimes i feel like i don't have a compassionate bone in my body, esp. towards myself, which spills out to not being very compassionate towards others. so, i think that is going to be part of my om work too.
