My friend Adam taught me this one...steam an artichoke and dip the leaves in olive oil with a dash of cayenne pepper and sea salt. Cleanse Day 1 approved and mmm, mmm, dee-lish, especially the heart swirled around in it.

I love artichokes...eating them is like playing with your food...
You read my mind. I have a big artichoke sitting in my fridge and was fretting over what to dip it in. Yum!
