Looking Forward to Sunday!

Good Morning Kula,

How wonderful that our Gina has arranged a time for us to gather to celebrate the season. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone on Sunday -- and to meet those who participated in the fall cleanse.

In case you haven't attended a Sunday satsang -- it is a beautiful time of spiritual -- yes, I would say -- bliss! I'm sorry to say I have missed the last couple of months and know my soul has been undernourished because of it. All of us made the commitment during our cleanse to be at the studio every day (and much more!), so I know we can also make and keep this commitment.

During this hectic time of year, what a blessing our loving Gina has offered us. I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday for meditation and the potluck!
