This looks like a slight variation of the liver cleansing process I briefly mentioned on Friday or Saturday morning of our cleanse. One thing to emphasize, I would NOT recommend you do this liver cleanse on days that you have to work or have other obligations. It would also make sense to work towards this flush gradually, going back towards Phase 1 of the cleanse we did, then flushing, then start with Phase 1 again and work your way back towards Phase 2 and/or 3. Embrace the Ayurvedic principle of moving towards change gradually rather than shocking the body.
WOW! Thanks for the great info! I had my gallblader out 12 yrs ago and found this so interesting. I had 107 stones! My poor liver is probably in trouble.I wish my doctor would have informed me of this. Can't wait to do this cleanse!
