Eggs are indeed a cleanse-approved food. They are considered "optional" which I intended to be interpreted as "if necessary". I personally think it would be nice to not take in eggs given that we're doing so well without them but if your breakfasts are not carrying you to your mid-morning snack time or you have another reason to eat eggs, tomorrow they are "approved". Maybe a middle path way of re-introducing eggs would be to add a sliced, hard-boiled egg to a lunch time salad (vs a 3 egg omelet for breakfast).
